This is the category where the view is part of the description. Tourism NT lists three outlooks for premium balconies: the MacDonnell Ranges, the Alice Springs Golf Course, or the heated pool. Nothing we read says which rooms face which way, so if the ranges are the point, write 'range view' in your request and our desk asks for it.

The operator's 2018 release says the hotel's rooms hold the Lasseters Collection, more than 150 pieces of Indigenous art made for and placed in its rooms, with new works by local artists added in that refurbishment. If you want to see more after your stay, the Todd Mall galleries are 2.5 km away by road.

When the premium room is worth it

Central Australian days have a dead zone. From late morning to mid-afternoon in the warm months, walking a gorge is hard work and the light is flat for photos. A room with a view and a screen that plays your own downloads makes those hours pleasant instead of wasted. On a short winter trip, when the days are 20 °C and you are out from dawn to dusk, it is harder to justify.

Season (BoM airport averages)Mean maxPremium room worth it?
December to February35.3–36.6 °CYes: you will spend the middle of the day inside

Packages

Lasseters sells packages around its King Deluxe and Premium rooms that include breakfast at Tali and a late check-out at 12pm. Some packages also bundle venue credit for the casino; we do not describe or link those parts. Ask our desk for a room-only rate, or the rate with breakfast, and compare.
